Privacy Policy

Curadel, LLC and its subsidiaries Curadel ResVet Imaging, LLC and Curadel Surgical Innovations, Inc (henceforth “Curadel”) are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and visitors to our websites. This Privacy Policy provides information about the personal information that Curadel collects from customers and visitors to our websites, the ways in which we use this information, and what choices are available to you before you decide to provide us with any of your information. A link to this policy is placed at the bottom of every Curadel web page for easy access. We encourage you to carefully read this entire Policy before purchasing our products or using our websites. By purchasing our products or using our websites, you consent to this Policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail privacy@curadel.com.

Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information

Curadel is the sole owner of all information collected during commercial interactions involving Curadel and from use of Curadel’s websites. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. We collect information from our customers to process orders and to better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations, order status updates, and reprint requests for publications. The type of information collected includes, without limitation, your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We also require you to create a username and password for future access to your account and your information. To ensure your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share them with anyone.

Remote Diagnostic Services

Many of Curadel products continuously record and report back diagnostic data about a product to Curadel to help us plan preventative maintenance and to alert our service team that a problem has arisen. You agree to permit the electronic monitoring and electronic transfer of these data to Curadel for its sole use in improving product performance. In addition, if you experience problems with Curadel products or imaging systems, you may contact Curadel for support. In analyzing and investigating your problem, you may be asked to send information that can assist the Curadel support team in diagnosing the problem and providing appropriate corrective action. In order to diagnose the problem and/or take the appropriate corrective action, Curadel may be required to use remote diagnostic tools or take remote control of the operating system and software of your imaging system. This remote customer service will require an internet connection. You agree to allow Curadel to use remote diagnostic tools and to provide remote diagnostic services when necessary. You also grant Curadel permission to cancel or shut down the operating system and software of your imaging system via remote diagnostic tools and services if Curadel, in its discretion, determines that doing so is necessary to protect itself against a threat to its business, products, or intellectual property. You waive the ability to seek or claim damages, monetary or otherwise, arising from or relating to Curadel’s use of diagnostic tools and services.

Collection and Use of Geodata

Certain Curadel products, software, or imaging systems have the ability to generate Geodata, which is information about the geographic location of the Curadel products, software, or imaging you have purchased or are using. You grant Curadel permission to use this Geodata for internal business purposes only. Curadel will not voluntarily distribute Geodata to any outside parties.
